Case No. 1.

Abraded upper front (loss of tooth structure) as a result of bruxism (teeth grinding and clenching) repaired with veneers on central and lateral incisors.

The patient wears a silicone protective splint overnight.

Changing metal-ceramic crowns on teeth bottom left and bottom right molars.

Case No. 2.

Root canal fracture as a result of a root caries.

During the same visit the residual root is extracted and placed a dental implant (Nobel Biocare). Provisional crown is set on place which will be replaced by a permanent metal-ceramic crown after 4 months.

Case No. 3a. – Root extraction and implant placement:

Fraktura zubnog korijena kao posljedica karijesa.

U istom posjetu je ekstrahiran zaostali korijen, te ugrađen dentalni implantat (Nobel Biocare) i postavljena provizorna krunica koja će biti zamjenjena trajnom metal-keramičkom krunicom nakon 4 mjeseca.

Case No. 3b. – Temporary crown on implant

Case No. 4.

Replacement of old fillings and removal of caries.

Revision of endodontic treatment and endo whitnening of the upper right central incisor.

Seven-day long teeth whitening of with a splint, followed by the whitening with UV lamp.

Case No. 5.

Patient is a smoker (2-3 packs of cigarettes a day).

Plaque removal, teeth sanding and polishing. The patient was provided with detailed instructions on oral hygiene.

Replacement of old metal-acrylic bridges, conservative endodontic restoration of abutment tooth and placement of new metal-ceramic bridges in the upper and lower jaw.

Case No. 6.

4 dental implants were placed in the upper jaw and two in the lower.

Removable partial dentures.

In the upper jaw the denture is anchored to the rails, and in the lower jaw to the locators.
