Before and After Cases

Dental Crowns and Veneers

Solving the incorrect position of the teeth with orthodontic therapy was not an option for this patient due to the duration of the therapy. In addition, the patient was dissatisfied with the shape and colour of the teeth, so the best solution was in the form of prosthetic therapy with dental crowns and veneers.

The patient was implanted with dental crowns and veneers to correct the incorrect position of the teeth, but also to change the shape, surface structures and colour of the teeth. We have achieved a harmonious and beautiful smile that makes the patient smile in a relaxed way.

Dental Veneers and Crowns

Yellow colour, damage to the enamel and compaction of the teeth – all these are the reasons why the patient contacted us. She fantasized about a perfect Hollywood smile, thinking that it was impossible to achieve it with her. Already at the first examination, we found that this is very possible.

We fulfilled her wish. In a very short period, we made the patient a much-desired Hollywood smile with a combination of dental veneers and crowns. She got perfectly white teeth in her upper and lower jaws, which she says made her a new person.

Zirconia-ceramic Crowns

For patients who are dissatisfied with the shape, colour, and even position of the teeth, such as our patient, zirconia-ceramic crowns are the best solution. We sanded the surface part of the teeth and placed dental crowns on them in the colour that the patient herself chose.

The result is a perfectly harmonious and pearly white smile in both jaws. All irregularities in the smile disappeared, and a new dose of self-confidence appeared that the patient radiates. All this can be achieved in just a few visits in just one week.

Gingivectomy and Zirconia-ceramic Dental Crowns

In this patient, the gums covered a large part of the teeth, and the yellow colour, stains and wear of the teeth were all the more reason to turn to us for help to brighten her smile. In this case, this included corrections on the gums and the placement of dental crowns.

The excess gums were removed by surgical gingivectomy, after which the patient was placed with zirconia-ceramic dental crowns according to the colour and shape of the crowns that the patient wanted. With this approach, we have enlarged the crowns of the teeth, and thus the impression of a wider smile in the mouth.

Zirconia-ceramic Dental Crowns

Wear and tear of the teeth, worn-out unesthetic fillings, dark colour and general dissatisfaction of the patient with her smile were solved with prosthetic therapy. In just two weeks and a few visits, the therapy was successfully completed.

We grinded the patient’s teeth, whose aesthetics, but also function, the patient was not satisfied with, and placed zirconia-ceramic dental crowns on them. Thus, we got a new and completely natural smile and met the patient’s expectations.

Invisalign and Composite Veneers

The patient came for an examination due to the incorrect position of the teeth and visible damage to several front teeth. These problems affected his smile, self-confidence and quality of life.

After successful orthodontic therapy with Invisalign, which corrected the position of the teeth, we replaced the patient’s worn teeth with composite veneers. This method was minimally invasive, without grinding, and resulted in a natural and harmonious smile.

Dental Implants in Conscious Sedation

The remaining teeth in this patient were so damaged and affected by caries and inflammation that they posed too great a risk to be carriers for future prosthetic work. That is why they were removed, and four dental implants were placed in each jaw.

The entire procedure of extracting damaged teeth and installing dental implants was performed in conscious sedation, which was a great relief for the patient because he has a pronounced fear of any medical procedures. Within 24 hours, the patient received new teeth and was smiling again.

Aesthetic Glass Ceramic Dental Veneers

There are two most common reasons for dissatisfaction with the aesthetics of teeth, and these are the shape and colour of the teeth, as in this example. The patient contacted us with the desire to beautify the front teeth in the upper jaw and protect them from further wear. We listened to her wishes and approached the arrangement of the teeth.

We minimally sanded the surfaces of the front teeth and placed highly aesthetic glass-ceramic dental veneers on them. The colour and shape of the veneers are harmonized with the other teeth, thus achieving the harmonious smile that the patient wanted.

Gingivectomy and Zirconia-ceramic Dental Crowns

The patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of his smile. He wanted a natural relation between the size of the tooth crowns and the surrounding gums and to cover up defects in the teeth, such as yellowness, damage and wear.

First, we arranged the gums with laser gingivectomy. This was followed by grinding the tooth surface and placing zirconia-ceramic dental crowns. The result is the natural look that the patient has always wanted to have.

All-On-4 and Zirconia-ceramic Dental Crowns

The patient came to us with several problems, from tooth loss in the upper jaw, pain in the tooth and gum area, inability to chew food normally to dissatisfaction with the aesthetics of the teeth. We approached the remediation of all these problems with a multidisciplinary approach.

The loss of teeth in the upper jaw was due to chronic periodontitis and we remedied this problem with the All-On-4 method. Within 24 hours, the patient received temporary teeth. In the lower jaw, we made zirconia-ceramic dental crowns and thus completely restored the function and aesthetics of the teeth.

Zirconia Dental Crowns

With age, teeth wear down and change colour, which for this patient posed both a functional and aestethic problem. The patient’s wish was to restore that old smile from the photos, which we did with the help of zirconia dental crowns.

All the teeth with which the patient was not satisfied were superficially sanded and zirconia dental crowns were placed on them, which restored the function and aesthetics of the teeth. In addition, by placing crowns, we protected weakened teeth from further damage.

All-On-4 and Total Denture

The patient was faced with a complete lack of teeth in the upper jaw, which caused difficulties with chewing and aesthetic appearance. The lower jaw was also toothless, and the patient had trouble wearing classic dentures due to discomfort and lack of stability.

Our expert team approached the problem with a total upper jaw prosthesis, which gave the patient a functional and aesthetically satisfactory solution. The lower jaw was repaired using the All-On-4 surgical method, which enabled the fixation of the tooth on four implants.

All-On-4 and Circular Bridge

In this case, the patient visited us with the problem of losing several teeth on the left and right sides of the lower jaw, which is why she could not chew food normally. She wanted a permanent solution in the form of a fixed implant-prosthetic work, for which we suggested the All-On-4 method.

We reconstructed the lower jaw using the All-On-4 method, where we placed two dental implants on each side of the patient and placed a circular bridge on them. The therapy lasted 3 months and the patient was completely restored to the function and aesthetics of the lower teeth.

All-On-4 in 24 Hours

The patient asked for an urgent examination because she had great pain in the upper jaw area. At the examination, we diagnosed major inflammatory processes that required remediation through surgery, in which dental implants were placed using the All-On-4 method.

A complete reconstruction of the upper jaw was performed using the All-On-4 method. The patient was implanted with 4 dental implants and within 24 hours new teeth were placed on the implants that mimic real teeth in appearance and function.

All-On-6 in Conscious Sedation

When the problems of wear and tear of dental bridges, tooth loss and gum retraction occur at the same time, all together can lead to the need for a complete reconstruction of the upper and lower jaw. In this case, the All-On-6 method was used in both jaws.

Complete reconstruction of both jaws using the All-On-6 method was performed in conscious sedation. The patient received 6 dental implants in each jaw, which became the carriers of dental bridges, all within 24 hours and without pain.

Replacing Amalgam Fillings

The primary disadvantage of amalgam fillings is their unattractiveness due to the dark colour that stands out on the white surface of the tooth. Another disadvantage is that it mechanically binds to the surface of the tooth, therefore, due to corrosion of the material, secondary cavities may appear under the fillings.

After removing the amalgam fillings, we checked the colour of the teeth and placed new fillings in the same colour made of composite material that chemically binds to the tooth surface. We then created fissures on the teeth to achieve the original shape and function of the teeth.

Removal of Caries in Orthodontic Therapy

Although the patient had all cavities treated before the start of orthodontic therapy, they may still develop during the treatment. The most common causes of cavities are irregular oral hygiene and frequent consumption of carbohydrates (sweets, cakes, products made from white flour).

To maintain the health of the permanent teeth, we proceeded with cavity removal. We temporarily removed the arch wire from the fixed orthodontic appliance, treated the cavities, and placed aesthetic composite fillings on two teeth. Finally, we polished the teeth and reattached the arch wire to the fixed appliance.
